Granting for argument's sake that RDRT would be a preferred supplier, which takes a separate argument, but granting it anyhow, a reason a customer might nevertheless choose APM is that RDRT can't meet the demand and the customer has no viable alternatives. I am NOT myself arguing any of this, but I would like to see these points actually addressed.
