I think it is important to let management know your feelings even when it is contrary to their wishes. Although I haven't had the pleasure of speaking with him personally, I understand that Michael Strauss is very attuned to what the shareholders think.

I agree that we won't defeat it but perhaps they will think twice before a reverse split or at least reward our loyalty in some other way.
