Yes, Trump did tell his morons to go home, but 187 minutes late
BEFORE:
12:00-1:00 - Trump's speech - "I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard."
DURING:
3:13 - Trump tweets, "I am asking for everyone at the U.S. Capitol to remain peaceful. No violence! Remember, WE are the Party of Law & Order – respect the Law and our great men and women in Blue. Thank you!"

4:17 - Trump tweets: "I know your pain, I know you're hurt. We had an election that was stolen from us. It was a landslide election and everyone knows it, especially the other side. But you have to go home now. We have to have peace. We have to have law and order. We have to respect our great people in law and order. We don't want anybody hurt. It's a very tough period of time. There's never been a time like this where such a thing happened where they could take it away from all of us — from me, from you, from our country. This was a fraudulent election, but we can't play into the hands of these people. We have to have peace. So go home. We love you. You're very special. You've seen what happens. You see the way others are treated that are so bad and so evil. I know how you feel, but go home, and go home in peace.”
This is when it ENDED:
6:14 - Capitol Police establishes a perimeter on the west side of the U.S. Capitol

8:00 - Capitol Police declares the building secure

Trump did tell his morons to go home, but 187 minutes late, and Cheney clearly meant that he didn't tell them to go home at anywhere near the time that he should have.

Terry Baloney states the exact opposite of the truth.

The White House and the Capitol Police immediately called in reinforcements, but the reinforcements never came BECAUSE OF LIZ CHENEY. Her directive blocked the troops who could have stopped the riot.

New Jersey state police arrived before the National Guard!!!!!

Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund interview

General Mark Milley was receiving lots of intelligence about an attack on the Capitol.
  • Milley was so worried about it that he considered locking down Washington DC with Pentagon troops.
  • Milley considered revoking permits for protests and rallies.
  • Milley saw direct threats on the Capitol Police.
  • Milley knew that 19 known terrorists were heading to DC
But Milley never got any of that intel to Sund!

It's possible Milley passed the intel to Capitol Police, but their director of intel Yogananda Pittman hid it from Sund. Pittman was rewarded with a promotion. Sund and whistleblowers were forced to resign.

=============================================

12:53 - assault on the Capitol begins
12:58 - Sund requests National Guard from Pentagon
2:09 - Pentagon approves NG support
6:00 - Pentagon NG support arrives

The Pentagon refused to send troops, because Liz Cheney ordered them not to act (WaPo oped signed by all 10 living Secretaries of defense).

=============================================

In contrast to the vicious J6 prosecutions, all charges were dropped for the much more violent 2020 protesters (Dems, Antifa, BLM).
