GZ, Fully agree with each of those four sentences. (especially the first, since I know that the owners of the bar i was in have a very close relationship with law enforcement) I have a feeling that the publicity of arrests/citations were to scare the individuals and bar/restaurants into complying Some interesting stuff in the first 10-12 minutes of this video. Suggest that British authorities aren't really enforcing most restrictions. A little encouraging for me, since I'm stuck in NYC for at least another 6 months
