The Georgia secretary of state, who is not empowered by the U.S. Constitution to make changes to election law, entered into a Consent Decree that gutted these protections enacted by the Georgia Legislature. The question is whether he had the authority to make the changes. Nothing in the US Constitution speaks to that. It is irrelevant. That it is so represented reduces the credence of the whole point. What matters is what relevant authorities are granted to the SoS by the Georgia constitution and the Georgia legislature, yet that is not even mentioned. Do you know what those authorities are and how the SoS deviated from them? Everything else is rhetorical garbage.

Isn't the Georgia Secretary of State a Republican? I thought it was supposed to be the Democrats who changed the rules in 2020...

Apparently, Raffensperger has now admitted there was cheating, fraud, in the form of ballot harvesting caught on video, along with personal testimony from ballot harvesters involve. A blatantly illegal act. (Just took a while to prove it, which is the reason the idea of proving fraud in an election before certification is a stupid requirement). In addition, they have cell phone proof that these fraudsters were dumping ballots into ballot boxes around the clock. Too little too late, but great ammo for the next election. Not that anyone will be shocked that Democrats are crooked as hell. Most of us have known that for years.
