If you have an EV that's stuck for almost 24 hours on that frozen freeway and your batteries die, you're really up shit creek.

Golfer,
Did any of these stranded motorists hear about walking? You can walk 3 miles an hour. if i was stuck I would GTFO of there. Stranded for 16 hours?
Many of those vehicles have families. It's not easy making the entire family walk for 5 miles through a snowstorm just to get to civilization.
