Joe is right, without this selling I think we would still be over two.

Joe I hope you are making the best of this opportunity to get some more shares cheap. I don't think the opportunity to buy at these levels will last much longer.

Insider information concerning 144's and form 4's:

A form 144 is filed by corporate officers and other significant insiders who ''intend'' to sell stock. However, it doesn't mean they'll ever sell a single share. An actual sale requires the filing of a Form 4.

And this tip: Don't go looking for these filings on the SEC's Edgar Internet database, because they're not required to be filed electronically. If you're serious about tracking insider trading, there are a number of newsletters and Internet sites devoted to insider trading, including CDA/Investnet's Insider Watch (http://www.cda.com/investnet) and Bloomberg Online bloomberg.com).

My personal favorite is the Insider Trader site:

insidertrader.com

It costs $50 a year but it is worth it to get a better idea of what is going on.
