The Constitution states that “the President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” Doesn't mention dementia. Or in the case of Kackling Kamela, stupidity and incompetence. Dumb and dumber.. Forget impeachment. Let them fumble and bumble along and sink in the swamp. The upcoming GOP landslide this year will hold the fort until 2024, when a clean sweep will put the country back in the right direction.
