No; we need them to keep laying golden eggs, so they'll still need money. I'd bump the top marginal rate for individuals to 99% over a billion dollars, put the estate tax at 50% for estates over $10M, and impose an alternative minimum tax of 50% for corporations with a profit of $1B.
