No one paid that rate, dumbass.

When rates go up like that, you have individuals with that kind of earning ability lock up money in a corporation., I've done it for clients at much lower rates than 90%.

How do you think Elon "makes" all this money you hear about yet paid no personal income tax until this year?

In reality it doesn't matter how much people made, they're going to pay around 20% overall in taxes, with 91% brackets or 50% or lower.
