Mr R. Douglas McLean reports

The company has retained Cameron and Associates corporate finance consultants to assist
in providing certain corporate finance strategies and in the development of documentation to
establish a CD manufacturing facility in BC.

In accordance with the company's exclusive agreement with dba Compact Disc Inc and its
principals to jointly develop a CD manufacturing plant business plan and related financial
offering documents, the first stage of this process has now been financed through the
efforts of both parties allowing this project to proceed.

The private Vancouver based company, dba Compact Disc, has conducted extensive
research into CD manufacturing technology, CD production cost analysis and western
Canada and US market feasibility. The CD manufacturing process would accommodate the
production of CDs, CD-ROM and DVDs that provide the product formatted with either
video, music or computer data content. These diversified industry segments all represent
high growth markets for CD products. The principals of the company dba Compact Disc
have many years of experience in the marketing of CD products which provides the basis of
its knowledgeable focus on this market.

The company's principal business undertaking continues to be the development, marketing
sale and distribution of its Autonet and TouchMaster systems.
