Golfer,
Its not motorcycle accidents. Its any deaths.
The overall mortality rate of Americans was well above expectations in 2020 and 2021:

*******
Excess Deaths (Absolute) - US Mortality Monitoring

United States reported 3,440,544 deaths of all ages for the year 2020. Expected deaths were 3,028,959. That is an increase of 411,585 deaths (+13.6%).

To date, for the year 2021, United States reported 3,338,730 deaths of all ages. Expected deaths thus far, were 2,910,356. That is an increase of 428,374 deaths (+14.7%).

*******

That roughly corresponds to the number of COVID deaths over the past two years.

It's just more proof that these excess deaths wouldn't have happened without COVID.
