Your welcome ... I prefer TEL and DNS (both Japanese vendors), these
are the leading sellers of resist tracks. US vendors include FSI and SVG.

Off Topic Robert: RE FSI Tracks

They make a VERY nice system. The technology was invented by Texas
Instruments, and they are to date their largest customer. TEL
(Tokyo Electron) is the market leader, probably 50%, followed by
DNS, maybe SVG or FSI next.

I still cant figure out why FSI bought SSI. Their tracks systems
are way behind technologically. I speak from experience here, unfortunately.

Most of these systems run $1.5mil.
