I suspect there are a huge number clustered on the very low end and dripping off sharply as the wage increases.
I see retail and fast food offering $16 here. 2 years ago, $11 would have been a lot.

Agree. That's possible. Invite anyone who comes across that or other pertinent detail to post it. As always, more reliable will be by those not depending on gov grants or gov paycheck.
