The man is 100% right. He had CoViD and has antibodies. What would vaccination do for him? Raise his antibody titers for a while? It won’t stop him from getting or transmitting the virus to others. Threatening to fire people like him is absurd. It’s abuse of power. Anyone in power issuing such threats should be impeached.
