The idea that you cannot secure an online voting system utilizing a secure login or biometrics like practically every one does in today's work and personal lives today, is just ridiculous. Again you misinterpret my comments. I have not expressed any preference for or opposition to an online voting system. I was simply, as usual, vetting your arguments. Please address the most recent one and tell me how your proposal would better guard against granny's vote being co-opted by her nurse or other nearby person than her filling out a paper absentee ballot. And the one about how the freedom lovers on your team would take to registering their fingerprints or whatever in order to vote. When you finish that, I have lots more factors for you to reconsider before you have a plausible alternative to the current processes, one that doesn't make you look foolish.
