All the FC drives I've encountered to date (not many) have been Seagates.

Ibexx - Fiber Channel Disk Drives

The two drive makers with big commitments to Fiber Channel that I recall are IBM and Seagate.

I would assume Seagate - a non-competitor to Compaq - would be first on Compaq's list, although IBM seems to be fairly aggressive in marketing their line of drives to other PC makers. (I have an IBM ATA UltraDMA drive in my computer.
