Sparky, You're wrong on all accounts. McGinnis has stated on several occasions (but not recently to the best of my knowledge) that he is "comfortable" with 1.20 for the fiscal year. Who better to judge? If the 1.20 is not a possibility, one would think we would have heard a comment or two by now from headquarters. The stock action IMHO is based upon Eco meeting that estimate. If the pending acquisition does materialize, it will be just another feather in Michael's cap and accretive I hope towards future earnings. All the best, Allan
