Jeff,

If you will look at BROC's chart it had a large washout the end of December due to people taking a tax loss for 1997. We are now seeing higher highs and higher lows with increasing volume. If we get a decent earnings report next week it should break out of the flat top it has formed. If so you waited to long to buy your ticket to the party by getting in under $5.
