"Cruz lost a lot of votes last week" I certainly hope so. Everyone who votes for the guy realized instantly that he had no grasp on what happened on Jan 6. We now know that the entire thing was a setup by the Skunk Pelosi, it was not an outgrowth of any pro-Trump support group, and that it "The Big Lie" is coming from Democrats, not Republicans. (Honestly, those of us with gumption have known this for a very long time that it was an event created by and for Democrats). I think Cruz's blunder is a product of living in the DC bubble. Whether he can recover remains to be seen.
