8% of Americans suffer from asthma.

More than 100 million Americans have high blood pressure.

10% of Americans have diabetes (either Type I or Type II).

13% of Americans have chronic kidney disease.

10% of Americans either have autoimmune disease or have a good chance of developing said condition.

Obviously there is significant overlap, but it's really stupid to blame COVID deaths on "comorbidities," because the percentage of Americans who have multiple "comorbidities" is rather significant.

Even being over 60 years old is a "comorbidity." Look at Bob Saget, who certainly didn't go to sleep the night before his death thinking that his time has come ...
