Buying EDS occurred in the era of Roger Smith who thought the company should diversify into just about everything but making vehicles in order to counter the loss of market share in that core domain. Threw money around like water and darned near led GM into bankruptcy. Believe me, TAVA and our investment are better off with the existing smart, agile management. Gerry
