Some interesting stuff on memory in Feb. 9 issue of EBN at the Techweb site. Articles discuss SDRAM, ESDRAM, RDRAM, SLDRAM - and Intel's offering a choice of 100 MHz SDRAM in their new chipset as a "transition" step toward RDRAM. High costs of RDRAM and some manufacturers "balkiness" at expensive transition to RDRAM is mentioned.:
