I had a bookmark - either for the Cornell Business School, yeah dat wuz it - anyway they have a formula and a graph they keep up to date showing relative over or undervaluation of the stock market. Prior to the declines we had precipitated by the Lewinsky situation, (sorry, meant to say Asian crisis), it showed incredible overvaluation. bookmark is gone, but I'm sure you can find the site, as it is worth looking at. The list of individual stocks you provided was weird in that is was incredibly diverse, probably created using only historical data, wheras growth stock investors look more forward than backward.
