Anyone willing to speculate on a RNWK+MCI deal?

The most interesting thing about this is the word 'exclusively'. RNWK's deal with MS seemed to have various terms about each supporting the other's formats in their products. I don't remember the exact terms, but it seems like each partner may be respecting this in technical terms, but as far as the marketing goes, each is still giving customers incentives to be 'exclusive' on their format. This is an old MS game (they're doing it with NetShow): what's interesting is that RNWK is getting into it too. Any ideas what they're offering customers to get them to do this ? If it's only price concessions, then it may not be durable. If RNWK has managed to think of some cleverer way of getting customers to make these commitments, it augurs well for the future.
