<<All of my neighbors.. entire families have covid..>>

Same here.

I take 25ugm of D3 every day, with other medication I take. I also make up a drink close to what Haim suggested. Ginger, Garlic, and a commercial drink of beetroot juice with apple and mix it all up.

I also have commercial effervesent tablets of 1000mg Vit C with Zinc. Try and take one of those every day.

I exercise (go for a walk) everyday usually, and being a bit more careful with my diet.

I have a stack of Zince Citrate, Quercitine, Aspirin, and other stuff standing by.

I have new doctor... we have not spoken yet, but I doubt we will be having any constructive conversations.

I am about as ready to play ball as I can be given my circumstances.

As I see it -g-

I also control the humidity of my flat between 40% to 60%, and frequently air out the flat, usually when the weather is good. (study mentioned earlier)

I make sure I get enough rest and try not to overdo things. Stress and tiredness can lower your natural defences.

btw, my mother (life long nurse) told me about life in Ireland during the 20's and 30's. All sorts of diseases would make appearences and wipe out half the town including many whole families. Families were typically a dozen or more. . Scarlet fever was one of them. Her dad (my Irish grandfather) worked at a big estate as a gardener. Lots of knowledge was pooled on medicinal plants, and those families fared better.

So I was told. -g-
