Dan,

I believe that's .25 fully diluted. The fully diluted numbers I have for the year so far are .00 for Q1, .06 for Q2, and .04 for Q3, for a total so far of .10. That means they would need .15 fully diluted for the quarter to meet estimates.

Dan:
Where do you get .25 as the estimate for the year from?

Guys:

IF Sapiens was going to release bad or so so news, they would have
released at the close on Friday and let it dissipate through the weekend. Use your common sense a bit and look at the fact they are
putting it out Monday morning, we have the whole week to digest it. Most smart Co.s release good news on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday and let it generate excitement and rally. So, in my mind this move is a Bullish one and not the contrary.

Guys wake up and smell the coffee. PLEASE!!!
