Hi Art,

I'm afraid I would need to write a book to cover all that. Maybe one question at a time would be easier for me to digest. I would have to think about what the theory may be, it has always been amazing that it continues to work. The outer tines act like magnets to attract price once the price moves away from the midline. Pitchforks don't fail, they provide a guide for price movement. The larger fork is used to indicate a bigger price range and a more significant top or bottom. Generally, the most recent fork is the one to follow. The next fork is constructed as soon as it looks like the rally or sell off has ended.
