Keep in mind that these rallies are all Trump supporters and the base that he needs to "eat up the red meat" that he throws out. Many, if not most of them are convinced that there was ballot harvesting fraud in several states that turned the election. Independents and liberals do not watch the rallies and the press will lie about him, us and the rallies anyway. Keeping the base riled up is always good. In tv interviews and debates, he has to control himself and push his plans for the future to restore America. That's where Independents and crossover voters will be won. This time around, he does not need to make promises. He can point to his successes and that's going to be very powerful. "I already did this once, and WE can do it again" is going to win the election. Yesterday was pretty balanced. I think he spent too much time at the beginning on the fraud and eye rolling numbers, but then he struck a balanced tone and topics. If I remember right, people remember the beginning and the end and forget the middle of a speech/lecture etc. Focus on the future at the beginning and especially at the end which he does very well, and leave the "red meat and fraud" for the base in the middle where they will still hear it. I also liked his support of the Jan 6th people in jail. Last night he added one new "we will make America"..that caught my ear. He paused for effect and then spoke louder to emphasize it and said "We will make America UNITED again". IMO, That's going to go over real big.
