Technically, authorities should not interfere with the totally legal off label prescribing - but they do. At some point, I recall, some state pharmacy boards issued an order to pharmacists NOT to fill such prescriptions. That was a clearly unlawful act - but I don’t recall anyone being held responsible. Ditto for license suspensions and other such acts against physicians.

...and how many doctors (connected to hospitals and controlled by them)........) have sued to stop the interference????......name one case.....most doctors are gutless.......even with lives at stake.
