AMIGO PORTFOLIO UPDATE
angelfire.com

Anyone that had the chance (or the hour and a half) to listen to APCO's conference call would be ecstatic about owning these shares. YEEEEEHHHHHHAAAA!!!!!! CEO, Dorfman started the conference by noting the "typical reaction by Wall Street to APCO's record earnings." The theme of the conference call was to convey confidence in APCO's game plan. There is no plan for dog
and pony shows to attract institutional buying and nothing is in the works to hype the stock. The plan is to continue doing what they are doing, continuosly signing up new dealers. Mr. Dorfman stated that he believes that APCO's Easy Care coverage is easier to sell as APCO gains market share as company is benefitting from name recognition.

Some of the highlights from the conference call:
* New analyst coverage. My guess is JC Bradford. jcbradford.com Just a hunch on Bradford, we'll learn soon enough.

* In the next quarter expect news announcements concerning new
alliances similar to the Sonic deal and new product offerings. Easy Care Light for those seeking less extensive coverage.

* The RV coverage program launched in Oct. is exceeding expectations having signed 60 dealers, including the largest names in the industry. RV sales pick up in Spring and Summer and even better numbers are expected during those seasons.

* APCO signed up 490 new dealers last year. 80% of these new dealers signed up new customers and traditionally APCO receives more business from dealerships in the second year as opposed to the first.

There is more good stuff. We'll be updating our website profile on APCO in the next few days and provide more details.
>>

The website now has a DHI page. DHI is a growth stock that pays a dividend. Earnings are growing at over 30% per year and as the company absorbs recent acquisitions, margins will improve. Low interest rates, DHI's geographic diversification and seasonability make
this stock very attractive right now.

ESV is attracting attention everywhere I look. The company is featured in the March issue of Worth magazine and picked up more analyst coverage last week.

PCTH (PCTHW) is a bargain. Once the confusion about the company's game plan subsides, the stock will begin to reflect its fair value.

ANTEX has lots of news and activity in the upcoming months. We
are very excited about this stock. We'll be updating our website profile on ANTEX hopefully this week and provide all of the details.

Happy investing Amigos.

Sergio

APCO....WOW!!!!

APCO is starting to perform like we have anticipated it to. The good news is that it is still trading at an undervalued price. APCO has been trading between a PE of 25 and 30 for most of the last two quarters. Based on current earnings that puts the stock between $8.50 and $10.20. Currently its under $8. If you take next years CONSERVATIVE numbers of .42 you get $10.50 to $12.60.

Apco has several things in the works that could enhance those year end earnings to .48 or .50. If that happens you are looking at $ $12 to $15.

For those of you currently holding APCO and thinking about selling, here is something that I posted to the APCO thread for you to consider.

It looks like some people that sold their shares and were trying to buy back in the low to mid 6's, might have missed the boat. At least without paying more than what they sold it for. Like I said earlier this one has lots of things happening right now. Trying to sell and re-enter could be expensive.

Sergio and I were talking over the weekend about APCO. I think we are going to see a news release in the next couple of days. The volume today might be indicating this. I think one of several things will be announced.

1. New analyst coverage that I've been looking for.

2. Release of a new product that will open up a lot more doors and also allow for penetration of their existing dealerships.

3. One of the two items that Todd has said that they were very close to being done on.

Since APCO likes to release news Tuesday thru Thursday, why did they release good news on Friday? I believe a possibility is that they have another announcement to release and did not want to release them at the same time. Several items were mentioned in the earnings release. Taking into consideration the conservative nature of this company, I don't think they would have been mentioned if they weren't ready to implement these items.

The above is an uneducated guess on my part. I hope nobody takes it as " hyping ". I am curious to here other peoples opinions. Does anybody else agree or disagree?
