Copuld you post the put/call ratio of Friday and Monday. And if available a chart of put / call ratio vs. DOW.

What is your explanation for the drop in DOW on OCt. 27, 1997 with the put/call ratio at an all time high of 0.84??

Ratan

Another good indicator in IBD is the "Public vs. NYSE specialist
short sales" If the ratio is high (over .60) that is bullish. If it is
low (under .35) that is bearish.

I stopped my subscription to IBD; can someone alert us if these
Market indicators show bearish or bullish levels??
