Gabe: Thanks for your analysis of the selling and buying of AGC by insiders. I agree with your assumption that the selling is not significant. Perhaps those insiders needed some cash.

Are there only two insiders at AGC? Or did you post only those that were selling? What are the insiders at Antares doing buying or selling? Most studies I have seen indicate the insider sell/buy ratio is about 2:1. Looking at AGC's proxy material I also discovered that AGC's management does not receive any cash compensation. Like most junior companies Management has a ton of options. I only recently became an ANZ shareholder so I don't know what how their management is compensated but my guess is that it is comparable.
I am not too concerned with the small amount of insider selling you noted. I definitely appreciate you posting it to this forum. Please keep it up.
