To All....Reference the comment from Cindy which echoes the sentiments of most of you presently active on this thread. "I have to congratulate Raleigh Baughman for doing the right thing, and admitting that NVID was a mistake. Calling NVID a "mistake" and not engaging in ridiculous combative defense of this company once the Derek Allen information was introduced, is tale-tell of good character and decency." Granted, I was a total JERK, granted I was totally misinformed probably on purpose throughout this whole ordeal. I think I made a public apology on this thread to all of you somewhere in this maze of notes -- and I meant it. If you failed to read it (I cannot even find it either).. I did offer a sincere apology to Derek, Cindy, Jerry, Ken and others.... I cannot change the past, I wish I could -- but I cannot. However, I do want to say that Raleigh was the one who got me involved with NVID at the beginning..I never heard of NVID until then. To make a long story short, I got taken in, and manipulated, and influenced by those who I thought were sincere and honest people, and I defended those people agressively...I made a Huge Error in judgement, and I have lost more $$ than any of you on this thread -- and that is my legacy with regards to NVID. I paid the price folks, and I am still paying...and losing. Again, my actions (writings) were uncalled for, and I am sincerely sorry all the arguments and attacks, and I do not wish to continue to see inferences to my "bad character" as I already know that. The good thing is that these people were exposed and that alone I "think" stopped the bleeding. I am grateful to Derek, I really am..and for Cindy's persistence...I have made amends with Cindy, I think..but maybe not with all of you..I truly ask for your forgiveness and understanding that I was "used" -- and I really dislike what happened. Again, I am sorry -- I do not know what else to say. Kerry
