Back in March of 1997 QCOM issued a 5 3/4 convertable preferred in a private placement.
Does anyone know if this issue trades, the symbol and where?

Tuesday's shareholders meeting will be interesting. One of the item is to increase the number of authorized shares from 150M to 300M. With the current price any plan to split the stock would just have to wait. During last year's meeting the stock was trading at low 60's. now QCOM is trading in the mid to high 40's range. Probably only chips and dips will be provided instead of the lavish breakfast served in 1997.
