answer..(don't know if there is refueling there or if afraid that
some Indonesians might find means of disruption)
re circuit breakers..assume want to reflect a percentage drop rather
than point drop as Dow is so high..

If there will be civil unrest in Indonesia , then the Chinese community there is at risk. there is a risk that China might intervene to protect the Chinese community there. Very distabilising scenario.
