Ed,
Just because its free is no excuse for inaccuracy. Look at the thousands of other free sites on the net. The internet wouldn't have much value if the standards were set by IT.

I was not complaining. In fact, I always show my appreciation for this free service every time I send email to Papyrus help desk. I was hoping that people from Papyrus, like Lawrence Fong, may see my suggestion and give it a consideration. I believe suggestions from ordinary users like me can contribute positively to the future development of IT.
Regards,

Those using the delayed version seem to have had fewer, but obviously you have very few reasons to complain when getting something free.

Ed,
Just in case you are not aware, they are not charity. They give it for free to try. I have no problem with paying $30 a month for real time data. I have problem with data. Endless spikes in volume and price render data useless every day. I can't use it even for free. This is the only reason why I don't bother to subscribe real time data.
