They already spoke with each other and that's exactly what they're planning... They no longer cares what this lunatic bye-dumb says... By stopping the pipeline here at home and allowing Russia to build theirs, now Russia has control over all of Europe's energy, they already have Germany leaning in their favor and against the United States... Russia will withhold oil if Europe doesn't tow the line their way... China's plan is to take Taiwan, then Japan, and then Guam, and then the Hawaiian Islands...
