Respond to of 219176 I have saved many without being a doctor. Including getting many over covid in one day with a Stoss dose of D3. Saved a DOD Army Pilot in one day to keep his licence and to keep flying. Please notice how these people had to fire their Doctors that failed to help them ever! How is this: From A Professional basketball coach: “John, Just wanted to recap my last two months since beginning to take d3. I have increased my daily intake to between 40,000-50,000 IU daily each morning at about 5 am . I have noticed a glaring improvement in my overall mood . My anxiety disorder is almost non existent with the exception of a few bad days . I have significantly more energy throughout the day and I carry a more positive approach. My body also feels better . Muscles recover quicker after workouts and I've also increased the length of how long I work out each day . I can also report that my bad habits such as binge drinking and chewing tobacco have been cut back on . I have gone from drinking excessively 3 nights a week to having a few beers 1 weekend night a week . I was prescribed different anxiety medications such as Zoloft and Adivan for my disorder. I have discontinued taking both of those medications since starting d3. After suffering from my anxiety disorder for almost ten years, d3 has had the most positive affect on the amount of anxiety I suffer from . I've gone from chewing tobacco a tin a day to almost cutting it out cold turkey . Thank you for being persistent to get me started on d3. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi John I'm doing great, thank you! I'd be happy to write a your friend a note sharing what has helped me. Love you! Galit Hi there, I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Nephritis 9 years ago when I was pregnant with daughter. In hindsight I can trace back my symptoms as early as the age of 7. As you may already know Lupus symptoms vary from person to person. For me it has damaged my kidneys and my central nervous system. I have suffered from debilitating arthritis, tendinitis and bursitis pain and extreme fatigue. If that's not enough "Lupus Fog". It is a difficult disease because it manifest differently for everyone. About a year ago I got in contact with John and he share some valuable knowledge and reading material. Since then I have made some major changes in my daily routine and I am elated to share that they have helped me TREMENDOUSLY! Most people with Lupus are vitamin D deficient. I was taking a high dose of prescription vitiman D prescribed by my doctor to no avail. I was skeptic when John said to take 100000 iu of D3. I asked my rheumatologist and he scoffed and said " it was to much. He was wrong, my vitiman D level is high now and my fatigue is gone. I eliminated wheat, corn and sugar and soy and as a result I rarely get joint pains anymore, truly! Before every evening was painful now months and months have passed with no pain. I also eliminated meat as a daily staple from my diet. It is not good for my kidneys ( I have proteinuria). I do from time to time eat meat on that rare occasion but do not prepare it at home. I drink A LOT of water, a lot! I make a smoothie every morning with chlorella, spirulina, gogi berries, chia seeds and maca powder, flax seeds and strawberries. Without meaning to I quit drinking coffee because my smoothies give me enough energy that I don't need coffee, I never thought I would say that I don't miss coffee. I am exercising 6 days a week which is amazing because when I started this journey a year ago I did not have the energy to even consider exercising once a week. I know this sounds like a lot and it is, but the trade off is I have my life back. Lupus is different for everyone who has, it so what is working for me may not be the exact cocktail of things you need to do. However I would strongly recommend that you start off by taking vitamin D and eliminating corn, wheat and sugar as they cause inflammation. Drink a lot of water and exercise. The more you exercise the stronger you get. Start with whatever ever you can do and work your way up. When I started I could only do 3 minutes on the elliptical on a level 1. I now do and hour at a level 15. As you regain your energy and health you will find what works for you. I can't promise that you will get rid of lupus but I can reassure you that you will feel better than you do now. I wish you luck and welcome you to contact me anytime if you have any questions. I would be happy to share some great products that I now use to replace things I used to use like soy sauce, soy milk, ect. Good luck and take care! Galit ================= "Hi So happy to pay forward the real story of my life and my health. November 2013, I was at my absolute wits end with life. I was depressed, severely . I was always on the brink of crying or easily aggravated and I took everything personal. I had become defensive wreck with low self esteem. This is the polar opposite of who I am at my core. I am an accomplished 35 year old woman, recently married and living in California…yet I was so conflicted and felt guilty for my depression. My physical health was also deteriorating as a result. I went to see a psychologist. The psychologist thought I should take a medical leave from work. That was certainly not going to happen as it was the only reason I was pushing myself to get up in the morning. They tested me for bipolar disorder and all sorts of things that are text book diagnosis. I was given pills for my depression, pills to help me sleep and pills for my anxiety. I was completely dependent on these pills and I felt so numb and weak as a result. I felt detached from my life and just passing through the days. I wasn't sad but I wasn't happen either. Just numb. I saw the psychologist for a few months. They would adjust my pills depending on how my day was going. I was at a cross roads again, I was not crying everyday but I was still forge in within myself and I didn't like it. John had helped my sister so much and I could see her strength physically improving, her mind and focus has strengthened and her confidence. I adopted the same No Wheat and No Sugar diet with the D3. As John said it took a month. I removed myself from all the pills form the psychologist. Slowly, my own brain and energy started to come alive. I was actually fired from my psychologist vis registered letter because I stopped going in to get more drugs. Approximately two months of the new diet, I was feeling strong within my core. I finally started feeling awake. I remember I was driving and caught the sun in my face and I was happy, actually really happy again and I had so missed that feeling. I know that the D3 cleared my mind and gave my the internal strength that I needed and still need. The no Sugar and no wheat diet allows my body and my mind to support me. I cannot say enough about the natural changes and the strength that I reigned at my own bodies pace. I feel better than ever, I am not tired everyday when I wake up. I finally feel like myself everyday. Please feel free to contact me about anything! I am so happy to help in anyway. This has changed my life and it was so easy.
