Chris - without posts from Winzer and a few others this would probably be a dead thread. I have owned EXL shares and certainly hope to see them do well at the Glimmer project.

I don't think you can blame GME shareholders for feeling a little beaten-up by EXL. Given the recent rulings from the court it would seem the judge also agrees that Exall's business dealings in the JV efforts have not exactly been above the board. This is unfortunate for the shareholders of both companies I think.

Let's hope there will be a resolution to this soon and that the shares of both companies will see higher price levels.

good luck,

james

Winzer - GME shares holding well at the C$1.10 level for the time. Certainly not a lot of sellers around at these prices. Will stay tuned-in for further breaking news on the JV front!

Winzer, I'm sorry if I sounded a little harsh. I was unaware of this "agreement" to use this as a thread for both companies. May I suggest a name change to "Exall / Glimmer" to make this clear to others?
