Frank, Carl and I have posted the results of our recent trip to Charleston above. The processor looks slightly different than when you last traveled there, mainly with the new I-D pumps (quiet and extremely smooth in operation). As for contracts... we all know of the main player involved thus far and we are merely waiting for one or more of them to get the financing in line. I would expect the 10K until March given the current expense of having them audited (approx $70,000 for most companies). Regards, Ron
