My father was a commercial fisherman.......he started with Salmon fishing in the Puget Sound, but moved to fishing for Albacore tuna in the Pacific Ocean after the Boldt decision. He was a late bloomer and got his Unlimited Captain's license when he was 64 yrs. old.

We had then and still do get great seafood. That fish (Makayabu) is a new one on me. I'd try it.
