You got it Jimmy Fox drummer for the James Gang ,Joe Walsh was inducted into the Rock hall Of Fame in Cleveland recently. Back in those days the James Gang would play on Water Street in Kent "JB'S" along with other groups like the Raspberries which featured Eric Carmen who went solo and had a couple of big singles. Anybody remember his hits or am I all by myself.

OT: Joe W. has one of the best senses of humor in rock. See him at the Hall of Fame induction for the Eagles, with his "brick" suit? What a riot! Never took himself to seriously. Used to jam for 50-60 minutes on "Walk Away," and yes, "Funk 49" was always a favorite. The James Gang Live! was one of the top party records of the my old gang. And Barnstorm was great as well, albeit a completely different band. Ginger Baker? Seems that I just saw him on the tube recently, perhaps during a VH-1 Clapton special. He must be gettin' on in years, as he wasn't exactly a kid back in the Cream and Blind Faith days. Hey, just bought my first bass guitar the other day, a Fender Jazz. Should have done that years ago. Could've provided a release for the wannabe lead guitarist in me. ggg. Ken
