The problem will solve itself. The government is allowing Nurse Practitioners take over most medical care of medicare patients. The quality of the majority of these practitioners is abysmal. They will take years off the average elderly patients life. Problem solved. I live in the middle of this and see the consequences daily. If people choose a big government bureaucracy to provide their medical care this is what they get. With new medicare bonuses for diversity standards thing should get even better. We have decided to run the world based on delusions and not science or fact. When man throws out God he is left with a genetic God void which must be filled. He then makes himself a god to fill it, or follows another god to fill it. There in resides the need for delusions. The unseen God is what our DNA was adapted to. The god we create is the god of this earth and will lead to misery
