Hi Ryan.

When you said that you wished LWAY was on the Nasdaq you actually meant that you wished that they were on the Nasdaq National Market right? Because they are on the Nasdaq Small Cap market right now.

You mentioned that you bought in because of the charts. You probably noticed that LWAY has been trading in a rising channel for 9 straight months now. What I wouldn't give to know if it will continue to stay in the channel. It is definitely a good looking chart. The 50EMA is the support level as well.

LWAY's TTM sales are a tiny $5.6 million. Saying that LWAY's price of $8.25 is high in comparison to its sales isn't an accurate valuation because the shares outstanding, (market cap), aren't figured into the equation. If we use the Price/Sales ratio we get a ratio of 5.46 which is high. I don't know what the industry average is. With high growth microcap stocks we're going to find high P/E's and PSR's. The greater the risk the greater the reward I guess.

Later,

Mark
