Oh, I don't know about a Powell speech but he can't raise rates without trashing this market, although I think it's already too late for him to stop this market's decline... And then, he can't not raise rates if he's going to stop inflation... In other words, the guy is caught between a rock and a hard place, this is what the FED always does... They create bubbles and then pretend to be the heroes and pop that bubble.. They're a joke... Just my two cents on it... GZ
