I don't think the grunts are pro war. They get paid to do a job, but I am fairly sure they prefer the threat role rather then the real thing. It's expensive enough just maintaining them too. The MIC should be happy with just replenishing the ordinance used in training and upgrades. Meanwhile, back in Covidland, we have more up to date analysis.
