I think that is a very likely scenario. Would explain the movement of the DBCO shares the last couple weeks. Sounds like DBCO is in a very desperate situation needing cash immediately to run Davie etc. Although that is not a price that would thrill many DBCO shareholders, the company may not be in a situation where they can hold off very long waiting for a better offer. But who knows?

I am sure that the lawyers are busy with agreements regarding golden parachuttes, guarantees regarding how that $30 mill is spent etc.
