My MD is from India and is not board eligable. He compensates by over testing and medicare hates this. He gives the 5 million work up. I only accept exams with low risk. When I need a surgeon or specialist I call a friend who was CEO of a large JHH affiliated hospital. He gets me the best. One technique he uses is he goes to the nurses in surgical post op and asks them who the best surgeons are who have minimal reops
