I still make the H&S top target on HD to be about $330, but I measure from the spot where the neckline is under the top of the head, which is not quite the way it's supposed to be done. However, over the years I've found that measurement to be most accurate by my observations.

it actually holds, since this prior low has been tested from above today, Feb 22
